Is anyone else having difficulty using the gem crafting table? I can place the gems, but it will not allow me to get any of my slag — and I have more than enough.

I’ve collected 5 pieces of slag and my meter is showing only a 1/4 full; so even though it says 10 pieces on the earning list, it’s calculating still for the 20!

Also, make sure you advance your pet’s skill levels in the Academy so that your pet can have two gems hunts every day. I agree, sometimes it can take a long time to find enough slag.

That’s usually true, but so far I have received more slag than gems.

Actually, collecting 10 slag can take a while, since gems are plentiful.

Correcting my own mistake! “Eearning” should be “Earning.” I first used lower case, but when I decided an initial cap was clearer I missed that I didn’t delete the lower case one. My face is red!

Please clarify the slag collection requirements! Here you say collect 20 pieces. The Eearning Points list in game says 10 pieces. The point value shown for the task is 40. That seems mighty high for collecting either 10 or 20 pieces! Is the 40 wrong?
