Hi Sally. My friend and I play Webkinz Next together everyday. We’ve completed all the same tasks in the Summer Vacation season and done every single daily that can be done without a baby every day. My question is why would my friend be 40 points behind if we’ve done all the same things everyday? Also do you need 3,000 point to complete a season?

Sally, do I need to do anything special to “catch the bee” besides click on the bee? I don’t have a mouse- just a Macbook with a trackpad, and I have tried SOOO many times, but even when I think I clicked directly on him, nothing happens. Does he even do anything besides fly by from lower left to upper right?

Hi Sally, that’s what isn’t showing up in my account. When I click edit next to my name and scroll through the sections for editing your profile they don’t show up. Specifically, I’m referencing things like the bunny and flower emojis.

At last the Season Pass Bundle as finally applied to my account by webikinzsupport@ganz.com yesterday afternoon. I was happy to learned this when reading the email that the issued had been resolved this morning when waking up this started the day off well. I was going to contact Microsoft Store today to cancelled my order for me that they had to process but I am happy I don’t need to it was worth the wait. Very happy with the rewards that you receive for the Season Pass Bundle. I was thrilled when opening the Cherry Blooms Mystery Capsules I got the Cherry Blooms Bed, Cherry Blooms Rug and Cherry Blooms Sofa now I can do some decorating. I sure hope that in the future I will be able to purchase the Season Pass myself without the assistance from the Microsoft Store processing the purchase for me, Webkinz support required to apply the pass to my account this should not be necessary. I should be able to purchase the pass by myself and it should work on the account. I would still like to purchase diamonds in the very near future I hope now I am able to do so without the assistance of an employee from the Microsoft Store to process. Looking forward to improvements in the future. ;}

Hi Sally! I’ve been experiencing some problems with the season pass bundle. I purchased the pass bundle and have unlocked all the tiers for the emojis however when I go to my profile to use them they aren’t there. It says I’ve claimed them as items but I can’t find them. It bums me out because almost half of what I paid for is the icons. Do you have any suggestions on what to do? Am I not looking in the right place? Thank you!
