My renewal charge date is the 25th, I started the 3month in June. Could this be why I don’t think I got it?

You receive your first box as soon as you start your Deluxe, so if this is renewal month you won’t receive it until it renews. If you believe it’s missing, please contact ganzestorecs@ganz.com
