There’s a spot when players sign up for an account to enter a Helping Paws code. If they forget or don’t have the code at this point, they can enter it afterwards by clicking on My Pets at the bottom left, then looking for the Helping Paws button (it says You have X helpers), clicking on it, then clicking on the Enter Code tab. It will show how long they have left to enter a Helping Paws code.

New accounts have 30 days to enter someone else’s Helping Paws code. You don’t get credit for your own Helping Paws code on your own account.

Hi, I want to make sure I understand this correctly. The code has to be shared and entered the same time the account is created? I am a little confused because it says that the code has to be entered 30 days within the creation of the account on my Helping Paws thing. The account was created a few weeks ago without the referral code because we forgot. Is there anyway to add it now?
