I tried to sign up just for the emails but it did not work. Could you help me Sally? I filled in information but when I got to the pin code I did not know what to put in. I made one up and it did not work. Am I doing it wrong or did I miss something?

Thanks Mandy! As far as I know it has always been set with a check mark for emails since I made the account, but I will contact Customer Service for the e-store to let them know that I haven’t been receiving the emails at all. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

You must sign up to receive the emails. If you have an estore account, make sure you are logged in to it on the estore page. Then click on Newz (beside the log in button near top right). Scroll down and you will Sophie holding a sign telling up signing up for emails. Below that is a button that says SIGN ME UP. Click that button and fill in the necessary information to start receiving emails. When you get the emails it will show some ads. You will click on those ads and scroll down to see if you see a circle saying YOU FOUND IT! and a code. If you don’t see this on the first ad you click on, then go back to the email and click on another ad until you find the code. Then enter the code at the code shop for your prize. Hope this helps!

Make sure you are signed in to your estore account on the estore page. Click on the Newz button (right beside the login button). Scroll down and you will see Sophie holding a sign telling you to sign up for emails and below her you will see a button that says SIGN ME UP , click that and fill in the required information. Hope this helps!
