When I went Deluxe in May I thought so too, but it turned out it was already in my dock. Is it possible you missed it? I am not saying you did, but maybe?

I thought if you buy a deluxe membership in 2020 you will receive the Aurora Borealis Sky Coaster. But it is still showing last years Super Deluxe item. If we actually buy the deluxe membership will we get the new prize or the same one I received last year. I would prefer the new item. Thanks. Happy New Year everyone!

I keep 6 of my 17 accts on Deluxe Membership. I buy the memberships on Black Friday or some other big sale day, then put them on when and where they are needed. Pretty sure I am right in saying you get the Free Deluxe Item available at the time you buy the membership rather than when you sign it on. I also prefer to buy rather than have an auto renewal to be sure I get the “5000 Bonus Points on Sign up” That sounds a little iffy with the word ‘renew’ . With all the negative comments, why have auto renewal at all? I have been called, by family and friends, a control freak, and that is probably true. But, better than not knowing what you’re getting!

Bubblilious1 you are still entitled to the annual Deluxe item. I too was being passed by because of my auto renewal. I contacted them on the email shown on one of the posts and they sent my gift to me. I will be contacting them again once my renewal hits in March for whatever the gift is for the upcoming year. You are renewing your annual membership You most def. are entitled to the gift. I had asked should I cancel the subscription and then actually buy a new yearly subscription and they told me that was not necessary.

I have never got them either and I always do the auto renew. I thought I was doing something wrong. Because my renew is in the beginning of Jan. I thought They were to busy and would send it later . But it never comes. Can you talk to them on our behalf. Please

I too will miss out on the Super Deluxe Item. Each year our 6 accounts (4 Deluxe) on automatic renewal exclude us from them. I’m thinking I might have to grab a sale on the Deluxe Membership and take one off automatic renewal to take advantage of these beautiful items. Definitely something to consider. I have only one from the first year we played and they are so unique. Maybe Deluxe memberships on automatic renewal could get one another way…
