I am so glad to hear that you were able to fix your KinzPost, sorry it took so many tries for you to get it working again. I’m pleased that I know how to fix this myself instead of contacting customer support every time this happens I have multiple accounts. I had the same problem a couple years ago it took about a month and a half before webkinz support was able to get my mail working again. I was afraid that I would loose all the gifts/letters that were in my mailbox. Luckily when the problem was resolved I still had all the mail in my messages. It took a while for me to open all the mail and return gifts/letters to the senders but it was worth it. This is one of my favorite features in Webkinz Classic. I have you as a friend on my shelkinz account already not the farout33 or farout5 I will be sending friend request. @bonesbongo & @BeezKneez …Forgive me for typing in all caps here, but…..THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME! Hugs to you both! I had emailed customer service and they had suggested the very thing you both did, but with one difference. They suggested I tried logging out, then back in again, 3 or 4 times, and “you will be able to log in again”. I did just what they said, but it never worked. HOWEVER…you two suggested logging in and out many more times, which I did, actually about 20 to 25 times, and IT WORKED! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! If this should ever happen again, I won’t panic, I will just take the time to log in & out, over 25 times (or more) until the KinzPost opens. :-) Sadly, I know that we (Classic Players) will sadly start to see more and more issues like this happening in Classic. I do not know much about the workings of a computer, writing codes and such. I do have issues with believing that Classic can’t be “fixed” without turning into ‘Next’. This is the year 2024, not the Dark Ages before computers. I’m probably wrong about all that, but I am THANKFUL that for now, we (Thanks to you both!) have a way to make the locked KinzPost work. I just checked all my accounts and saw that I am not a Webkinz Friend with y’all. I would be honored to have you both as a Webkinz Friend. My main account UN is farout1.
