Webkinz please help… every August my Deluxe expires and I renew it. Once I renew, I get the deluxe gift box, but the August deluxe challenge never shows up for me (every year) and I miss out on collecting that item. How can I get this fixed???

Because the technologies are completely different. The mobile app is basically all the updated parts of Webkinz Classic wrapped up in a smaller package. There’s no just updating the mobile app to do more — all of Webkinz Classic would need to be updated.
