Sometimes there are slight hiccups in them and although it’s momentarily and most times you don’t notice it, it can be 3nough to drop the connection with Webkinz. This was happening constantly for me for roughly 3 months. Internet provider had been out multiple times. Finally the right one figured out the problem was old wire in the outside box. Put a new piece in and have had no trouble since. Every tech that came out though said this about the lost connection. More than likely it’s your internet speed.
