No. It's one per account, regardless of how many of the pet you have adopted on that one account.

If you adopt multiples, 2 or 3, of these cubs on one account, how will we get multiples of the rug on that one account? One for each cub. Sorry if I am wording this wrong but I hope you can understand and reply to me. Thanks in advance.

I am pretty sure in the sneak peek they said it would be 12,500 points and 10,000 points for Deluxe members. I don’t think they mentioned a cash price.

Yes, in fact, you have to have the pet adopted in order to collect the rug. If you adopt on Christmas Day, make sure that you log out and back in to ensure that the system recognizes that you own the pet properly.
