Hi Webkinz, Today is Day 2 of the Catch the Schoolbus event. I clicked on the floating purple school bus here on WKN on BOTH days and both times it said that I won the giftbox. However, I have in my dock ONLY ONE giftbox after the two days. :( What happened to my other giftbox?

I re-logged on today and my prize box isn’t anywhere in my dock. Webkinz—if the floaty-clicky event doesn’t start until a certain time of day (e.g. on August 25), then please don’t activate the floaty-clicky on Webkinz News—I assume if a floaty-clicky is active, and I click on it and get a message saying I won a prize that I will actually get the associated prize as promised.

@hungrylion72—That’s the first place I checked (and no, it’s not there or anywhere in my dock). Thanks for the suggestion, though. When I click on the bus today, I get a “Campaign Expired” message :( Webkinz—please fix this!

I clicked on the floating bus around 12:15am. There is still nothing in my dock. Please fix.

I clicked on the school bus and it said I won the gift box prize, but it wasn’t in my dock and I didn’t get any mail from Webkinz saying I’d won it. Logging off and logging back on didn’t work. Help!
