I emailed the webkinz support team and it has been seven days and they still havent responded to my email to help. I am really disspointed on the time and items i am missing out on because my deluxe isnt working when i paided for a whole year. Please someone at webkinz help!!! I emailed again today hoping someone would respond to my email but now im trying the comments section :'(( HELP!
