This is beautiful but I am very disappointed that me Asian time zoned account will miss out on this. The deluxe preview doesn’t kick in until tomorrow, even though today is the day I am seeing the window in the activities. :(

@Sally Webkinz – I understand that Mobile App can not support the older parts of the game. No problem. However….why can’t the items that Deluxe players have to go to the Activity Section to get, just be placed in our Docks. I know we would have to look for said item, as prizes often show up in the various tabs on our Docks anyway. I really dislike the fact that Deluxe players, and Full players, too, miss out on really nice holiday or event prizes because we can’t get on our home computers! I am a Deluxe Player on two accounts and have missed holiday prizes because sometimes I’m away from home and my computer. And, if I’m at someone’s home for a holiday, and they have a computer, I do NOT ask to use their computer! That would be rude! Like I said, I truly DO understand that Mobile Webkinz can’t do as much as Classic, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. I am VERY grateful that y’all have kept Classic going, despite the issues we often have with it. But…couldn’t the prizes we have to click on to get in the Activity section, be sent to our Docks instead? If not….WHY not? I am hoping that on Christmas Eve morning, I will have time to get on Classic long enough to at least get this beautiful Deluxe Stain Glass Window. I won’t have time to go to Mrs. Birdy in Club House, so I will not be able to get the final present for the countdown. I’d rather miss out on that prize, than to miss out on the Deluxe Day prize. Sorry to be so grumpy about this, but I just don’t understand why the prizes can’t go in the dock, if it ends up there anyway when we click on it in the Activity Section. Just doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway, Thank you for listening to my concerns. I know you are tired of hearing (reading) my concerns and gripes! I will strive to be better in 2025 and not gripe so much. Team Webkinz is amazing and I do truly appreciate you all! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah! :-)

The same user name and password works for accessing your account on both the desktop app and the mobile app.

I have a quick question for you Sally Webkinz. I know we use the same log-in information for both Classic and Next. Do we also use that same log-in information for the mobile app? My normal log-in that I use for Classic and Next is not working to sign in to the mobile app. I even did it very slowly to make sure I wasn’t accidentally tapping on an incorrect key.
