I bought the gingerbread clock because it is indicated on the description that it makes sound, which is false, it doesn’t play any sound and I’m very dissapointed, I wish I could get my estore points back.

uuuugh I want deluxe so bad but it tells me my account is deactivated when I try to buy it. And NO ONE has ever replied to me about it when I write them to ask how to get it back. FOR YEARS> But it will let me log in and buy ganz points. WHAT GIVES

Love this gift! Thank you so much! :-) I just wish you could just put it in our Dock instead of making us go to Today’s Activities, since you can’t/won’t update Webkinz Mobile. Sometimes we are away from our Desk Top Computers, but have Webkinz Mobile on our phones. What’s the point of having Webkinz Mobile on our phones or iPads, if we can’t get the gifts? It’s really frustrating! I will be away from my computer on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I will miss out on everything special that is on the Daily Activities. There HAS to be a way to fix this problem! :-(
