Thank you. I will email. It was working fine for him and had been on the family desktop since the kids started Next awhile ago but once he uninstalled it will not reinstall at all from Microsoft app store without the error popping up. I will message support to see if I can find some other way to put it back on our computer. The kids really miss the next game on the desktop. They don’t have much time to be on our 1 family phone and its made sibling interactions a bit tough when it comes to Kinz time each day in our house. :)
