can you help me i play classic allot, i have been on next, it was doing good but each time, they have an update or a problem with the season thing, i cant load the game, or it says lost connection, i have a desktop what can i use to play next and classic on, i can play only classic on phone, i have to get a new device i guess for both, what do you suggest, how do you play next on the phone, thanks, i need help. i thought it was just me. have a happy holiday season, thanks

Sally i wont be able to meet you tomorrow I’m sorry, can you maybe tell me why each time they do an update, or just for a few weeks i can play webkinz next, should i reset the game each time, i’m new to it, i have asked webkinz before, but i’m not sure why i play classic fine, just the next doesn’t work all the time, says lost connection, or wont load, thanks for any help, i’m new to the next app, it was fine, then it does this each update, i would buy a pet from estore if i new i could play next. what device is the best for both games anyone who can play both please let me know. i miss you all.

I have an issue with Week 2 tasks available on my account. I only have 9 tasks listed instead of the 10 I have available on a second account. I do not have the ‘Craft 3 pieces of clay on the Crafting table’. Any suggestions on how to get this task added to the account?

No, it’s a bug they’re currently working on. It works some of the times, and it doesn’t matter if you get an A or an A+

One of the weekly challenges is to get an “A” in one of the hard classes at the Academy. I got an “A+” & was not awarded the points. Is is because of the plus? Is it possible to get just an A? Thanks for any help!
