Wow, we can only ask 10 people at a time. I would be deleting a lot of people from my phone if this was the case. Try asking different people each time. To find out if your friends are still actively playing, go into your Kinzpost as if you’re sending a gift. There are different symbols for different levels. There’s a smiley face for free players (who can’t send gifts but can still help with challenges and collections) regular members, that’s a paw and then Deluxe friends who have a crown. The numbers beside their names on the phone will give you an idea if they’re active, too. If that Family score never changes chances are they’ve stopped playing. You might need a notebook to keep track.

Maybe TinyGma should get a laptop or a tablet or a PC. It could be that her ‘puter’ Is too old and outdated and can’t keep up? I had to get a new laptop (which is less expensive than a computer) because I could no longer play a lot of the games or Webkinz just wouldn’t run on it.) Maybe she should save the money from repairs and get a new screaming fast laptop, instead. Even if she gets her old computer repaired, there’s no guarantee it will run the games she likes to play.
