I bought a year of deluxe membership this November (2019), but today it’s showing my account as a non-deluxe account! Yesterday everything was normal, and I did all my usual deluxe activities with no problem. I know it’s not expired. I always renew in November with no problems, and until today it was normal. How do I get my deluxe account back? Do I contact Webkinz support or Estore support about this issue? :(
