I have tried emailing ganz 3 seperate occassions over 2 weeks with no response I have yet to recieve one of my super beds for my 20th pet which i emailed about over a month ago and then this glitch i have emailed for weeks with no response… customer service isnt what it once was. I hope you can help me out ganz. my account is DestDest

I’m having the same problem, some people say they emailed Ganz and they were able to fix it for individual accounts, but I haven’t tried yet

Has anyone found out if the glitch has been fixed with finding the underwater keys? Two underwater rock mounds are undiggable and THAT’S where the key is (because I dug up everything else and can’t advance to the final prize.) :(
