I know what you can do is email them. And I can give you the email address to you so you can email them. I emailed them because I didn’t know the password on my website so they help me and now I can get back on webkinz. So you can email them because they can respond better than here if you email them here’s there email address ganzestore@ganz.com and they brought webkinz because they help me a lot and they will help you.

I still can’t get the key out of one of the underwater rooms in the deep water dilemma adventure!! I emailed support and everything! PLEASE FIX THIS GANZ I don’t know what else to do! I really hope something like that doesn’t happen with this one :((
