I was very fortunate to received a prize and the email with my prize code. My prize is a Cairn Terrier, Her name is Annie Lynn and her favorite things to do are collect toys and eat cup cakes.

Unfortunately, sometimes email providers will block domains at the server level, and it’s not something you can control. There’s no direct way to change your email address for your Webkinz Newz account, but if you email ganzworldsupport@ganz.com from your current email address and ask for your account to be updated, it can be changed from our end.

Hi Sally. My email account works one direction with Ganz for some strange reason. i can email Ganz but Ganz’ emails don’t come to me. Ganz is not on my blocked list. I have contacted Ganz support and they suggest i get an new email. My email communication works fine with customer support. It is only with Ganz. So I won’t know if I won any contest and I do not get any account renewal notices etc. I’d like to stay in the loop. Do you have any suggestions other than what I have already been told? I would really like this fixed already. BTW Great Pet Giveaway Contest and Congratulations to all the winners! I hope the pets like their new homes.
