Hi lynnt: I put the spa into my room and it disappeared too, but it is still there, when I try to put something in the spot that the spa was, there is a red box and I can not put anything in that spot. But my pet looks like he is sitting in something, hope they fix it soon.

Help! I got this cool spa, and then it disappeared from my dock. I am not the only one having this glitch. I contacted customer service twice, but no response so far. So bummed
