Trash shows up every 5 mins. It might be easier to time it at the best possible moment. The amount of trash is defined by how many pets there are in the park. I try to stay below the 20 pets room otherwise it is really hard to get anything. Hope this helps. …boorepko

I agree, netge! There are 2 pieces of trash per pet in the park, but those with slower computers stand little chance of collecting trash. If the park is full the room lags badly. The pets move like sludge. Even before you can get near a piece of trash, another pet has picked it up and might not even show as being near it (to you on your monitor) due to the terrible lag and delay. It’s like a racetrask with those who know the location of the trash staking out their “route” and grabbing 10 pieces before slower pets/systems can even get to their first one. This isn’t anyone’s fault; it’s just the nature of Webkinz’s programming, the browser’s issues and it even happens in any other clubhouse room especially when crowded.

Netge, trash appears in the parks every five minutes – but only in parks that has had visitors. Of course, if you are in a park with lots of pets, it can be a crazy scramble to pick up the trash. Hope this helps and good luck with the July challenge.

If I am not mistaken, the amount of trash is dependent on the number of pets in that particular park. So if you are looking for more trash unfortunately you must contend with the other players looking for trash to pick up. If you go into a park that has only you or one to two other pets the trash will be scarce.
