This item is FABULOUS!! The creative team really outdid themselves with the intricacy of it. Question is, how big is it? Table top size or 4 square floor item? Kudos to you guys!

Can someone please help me and send me the contact information for the Ganz store or Webkinz email. I called the estore customer service but I don’t really understand the email they gave me plus when I try sending my email it won’t work I don’t know if it’s because I am sending to the wrong email.
