I’ve been trying to contact support but no one has replied to me, I haven’t even gotten a confirmation email. I paid for items from the ganz store but they never showed up. Does customer support not work?

What a fantastic gift, now I can store all my saved coins in the safe instead of chests that I have them in. Will this item be available in Ganz e-store as I would love to get a couple more. Thank you for all your great ideas.
