HELP!! I logged on to the Webkinz App to spin the Wheel of Wow and Deluxe but I forgot Wheel of Deluxe isn’t on the app and didn’t spin it yesterday. This means I will be one spin short for the Sunny Kitchen Pantry. This is my dream prize. I finally bought a deluxe membership, with my own money, just so I could win this prize. I am so upset, is there any way I can buy with e coins an extra spin on the wheel of deluxe or do something to earn the prize?? I am DEVASTATED. Please help.

We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue. If you’re on wifi, try a wired connection to the internet — it could be slowing down too much for the game.

I am also getting logged out when I try to play Stardrops. I’m using the Desktop App. Will this be fixed? There are only 6 more days to finish this monthly challenge! Thanks!

Try clearing your cache, or tryin a different browser. Does it happen on the Desktop App?

Umm…Since the start of this challenge, Stardrops has consistently logged me out of Webkinz. I’m unable to play the game at all. Any possible fix for this glitch? Thanks!

I love it when you guys make the prizes coordinate thru the month, as in collection prizes going with the monthly challenge prize. This one’s a beautiful keeper! My pets are looking forward to their new sunny kitchen, and I’m looking forward to more white chocolate eggs. Thank you, Webkinz artists, designers and the entire creative team for your efforts. It’s impressive how you keep coming up with new concepts for cool, artistic stuff month after month, year after year. Cheers!

I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but while using Google Chrome, when I clicked to play Stardrops, I received a window saying I’ll be logged out of Webkinz World, with an OK button. I clicked it, and I was logged out. Not sure if the same thing will happen using another browser.
