I totally agree with you I have been asking for that for years they put all that time into making such cool gift boxes then we open and they are gone I would love to use them for storage I’m sure there others like us

Update: I’m so glad I waited to email customer support because I ended up getting the diamonds! They still weren’t there when I logged in this morning, so I clicked on the diamonds at the top of the screen. When I did that, they were immediately added to my account. If anyone has this glitch happen to them, I recommend trying to click on the diamonds at the top of the screen as if you’re going to make another purchase because that’s what worked for me.

This is random but I had a problem with Webkinz Next tonight and I’m hoping someone can answer a quick question I have. I bought 100 diamonds for $10 but the diamonds never transferred to my account even though the funds are gone from my iTunes account now. I wanted to purchase the new Disco Rhino and I only had 95 diamonds on my account so I’m really disappointed I can’t get it tonight. I’m planning on emailing customer support but I’m going wait until morning just to make sure the diamonds aren’t held up in the system or something like that. This is the third time I’ve purchased diamonds and they’ve always appeared immediately in the past. I’m wondering if it had anything to do with the new update or the fact that I purchased the diamonds using the app on my phone rather than the desktop version. Is there anything that I should try to do on my end before emailing them? Is there any chance deleting the app and reinstalling it could work? I can send in the receipt I got from Apple and everything, I just feel bad bothering costumer support because I know they must get tons of emails every day.

I think all the holiday gift boxes and bags and baskets should be made into storeage for clothing and toys and food and coins or even some type of clothing !

The stamp collection is so nifty!! I just started setting up a mayoral room too, this is perfect! I have a request for the next meet the mayor- could we please have more Dr. Quack plushies? Pets still get adopted with that toy being listed as their favorite and yet you can’t buy them from the W shop anymore. This is also true of the gumball machine. I always give my pets at least their one favorite toy, so please could you consider either putting these items back in the game somehow, or removing that random assignment when the pet’s adopted? Thanks so much. It’s silly, but sometimes silly is what makes it fun right?
