I agree with TropicalGirl and bear10201 — try downloading Chrome. I have a mac and Chrome works great even when Safari and Firefox won’t. and be sure to clear your cache!

My daughter was playing a non-deluxe account on her computer and we all thought it was the computer, but I tried hers on my computer and it was still really slow and glitchy. My granddaughters’ deluxe accounts play great on my computer, so it’s a non-deluxe issue, not a browser issue, I think. We usually use Chrome because Safari quits now and then because of Flash issues. We have Macs, but daughter has a PC. Still, her account is fast now that I upgraded her to Deluxe.

I use Chrome most of the time, however, it won’t work on my accounts that aren’t deluxe! I have to switch to Internet Explorer to play them. Internet Explorer has a tendency to quit working & then I’m signing on again. I don’t understand why I can’t play my non deluxe accounts on Chrome. Anyone else have these issues?
