Parents with more than one Webkinz account use the same email address. I have asked before and the response was prize is awarded to email account. Yet, it asks for the account user name to send the prize. I have had 2 awarded in the past (not sure why). If you have 3 children playing (or have more than one account) 2 are awarded the prize and 1 isn't. You may want to change the name to something else!
