The November Deluxe Monthly Challenge starts on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST, and players who complete all 3 tasks will win a Freshly Picked Pumpkin, along with a NEW Seed Storage Shed that can store your Growing Garden seed packets!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on the Deluxe Challenge icon in your pet’s room to review your tasks. Make sure you give yourself enough time to complete your Deluxe Monthly Challenges as some tasks may take some time to complete. This month’s tasks:

 

  • Earn 250 KinzCash playing Pinky’s Big Adventure at the Arcade
  • Spin the Wheel of Deluxe 7 times
  • Feed your pet 10 Farm Fresh Pumpkins

    This is going to be so nice in one of my gardens….even if I have to make a new one! Not sure what seeds I would store as I love to plant them as soon as I get them!!

    Flutterfre–I have an old Mac that is currently running Yosemite OS. I use Firefox, since Safari stopped working with Flash a while back. I did have to allow Adobe Flash to run by setting up permissions on the computer. It’s been a while, but I found the instructions online, I think it was Apple Support. I do have to “allow” Flash when I log into Webkinz, but it has worked so far. My computer is on life support, but I’ve been able to keep playing. Hope you find a solution, take care!

      I am playing Webkinz on an 8 year old Mac laptop. I have Catalina installed. I am able to play on the desktop app and on Google Chrome. You mentioned that you have been using Safari which I’ve never used and I had to uninstall Firefox a few months back as I was having a lot of problems getting things to load (including Webkinz) and uninstalling Firefox improved my computer’s function a lot. I, too, have to give permission to run Flash everytime I restart my computer. I hope you are able to get things going again soon! Also, what is your Webkinz username? I will send you that chandelier from Deluxe day that you missed. I’m not a Halloween fan so I’m happy to send it to you.

    Sally Webkinz, I see that you answer and comment on posts on Webkinz News. I hope you can answer my question. Why is Customer Support not answering my requests for help? I have asked for help at least four times over the last month. I have not been able to play that whole time. What do you suggest I do?

        THANK YOU for responding!!! Safari loads the log in page, the screen name and password can be entered, and then you are taken to the first page that normally loads and it loads only the green background. It loads nothing further. (We tried using Firefox. In that case, the green screen jerks left to right and freezes the browser.) Clearing the cache and history did not eliminate the problem.
        I have never been able to play the desktop app because it keeps telling me I need Flash. I repeatedly downloaded and installed it many times since the app was released, but kept getting the same message. Now I can’t find a (safe–as in not 3rd party) place to download it at all. Can you please send me the link. (Saw you told others a link can be sent to me. Fingers crossed!)

        Do you know if Flash will even work with Catalina OS? Something I read has made me wonder.
        I’d appreciate some guidance on how to resolve these issues!

          From what I understand, Mac OS pulled Flash support early — sometime in September. You may not be able to play on your Mac until the updated version of the Desktop App is available — that one doesn’t require a separate Flash Player installation — which will hopefully be available soon. Send an email to ganzworldsupport@ganz.com and I’ll send you the link to the Flash player download currently required for the Desktop App.

          This happens to me all the time on Google Chrome. I don’t know what browser you’re using, but on Chrome, there is a lock icon to the left of the URL. Clicking that, you can go to the site settings and enable flash. I hope this helps!

          My MacBookpro is running Catalina. I also am able to use Chrome, but Safari gave me a green screen. Check your specs– maybe it’s a graphic card issue? I would seek help from an Apple forum. Good luck!

        Flutterfre if you haven’t gotten a chandelier yet from someone else, send me a friend request – Sgirl16 – and I will send you one of my chandeliers. I just started playing last month but have had a few people friend me and send me seeds and other items, and I have just been beside myself and would love to pass the kindness on…PLUS, I can really relate to how frustrating it can be when there are tech issues that are really outside your control. I’ve had lots of issues with the Leap Frog game, & the new Webkinz I’ve had several issues but I have still been able to play…As previous software developer/trainer I am sure the staff is probably swamped, and wishing they had 48 hours of time in each 8 hour shift given that they are trying to work in a more restricted pandemic environment, plus working to migrate the Classic Webkinz away from Flash and also launching an entirely new Webkinz platform. Between tech and customer service issues my heart goes out to them…but as an already addicted Webkinz user, who is using the Webkinz world of pink and purple unicorns and rainbows to cope with not being able to leave my house & the craziness of the real world, I am really sorry you haven’t been able to play.  I wish I could afford to buy you a new device, but since I can’t I will gladly share one of my chandeliers. ;)

      Try using google chrome or something besides safari to play on your Mac! That works for me. Good luck!
