Hi @mojo18x2. I am sorry that the best advice that I can offer is check back at the beginning of every hour, if you are able to do so. Sometimes I will go during the last five minutes in one hour and hang around for the start of the next. He seems to be most active in his room between the hours of 12:00-9:00 EST. It is a HUGE pain, and time consuming if you are just trying to work your way through his prize pool, but I encourage you to keep at it, and complete it at least once because the prizes are pretty nice. Please also know that Doug deals individually with each of your pets. If you keep using the same pet to complete his gem requests, his requests will increase in rarity, but his prize rewards will increase too. IF you manage to get lucky enough to find him, and if you have a surplus of gems, you can leave his room and re-enter with a different pet and continue to fulfill his gem requests until he leaves.
