it was never used. if an adoption code is used, doesn’t ms birdy usually say that it has already been used? ms birdy claims this one is “not valid.”

Adoption Codes cannot be re-used. If the code was already used, you wouldn't be able to use it again.

ok, this is very frustrating. I have typed in my brother’s pet code multiple times and each time, ms birdy says the code doesn’t exist. that it is “not valid.” I emailed the support months ago with no help.
