I am actually not a big fan of this piece as a fence piece, but I think that it will make a wonderful decorations piece. I have a couple of ideas that I will try out.

LOVE the Halloween Fence, but it’s a real shame we can’t “trade, send, or sell” it. What’s the point of just “one” piece of a fence? I truly appreciate getting this free gift, but it would be nice to have the option to “trade, send, or sell” it within Webkinz World. Oh, well…guess I can use it as some kind of Halloween yard decoration. Still, Thank You for the Appreciation Gift. I DO love it! :-)

I have several accounts so it would be nice to seen the Halloween fence to just one account. What are you suppose to do with just one. Not excited.
If you think of it less as a “fence” and more as an accent item, like for a display centerpiece, maybe some possibilities will open up. It’s very self-sufficient as a singular item in that way. For example, I got one last year and used it with the candy piece tiles and a trampoline mushroom to make a little corner in a Halloween party room. Hope this helps, if you decide to take the item. :)
