Unfortunately that is not possible. After the data breach a couple of years ago, all accounts with original passwords were locked until the password was changed. I would try emailing webkinzsupport@ganz.com again. If you can find any of the original adoption codes, that will make it easier to identify your account.

I have tried emailing webkinz support and they would not help me ..because you all had a security problem you’re forcing us to change my current password which wants to know one of the pets names ..my child gave those pets the names and I don’t know how she spelled them ..I had reached out and gave the user name Gold007 and current password and then one of your employers never reached back out …she had a calico cat horse and she sure one of the names was marble ..it’s sad you took her account away ..all we ask is for you to keep current password on account

This is a lovely theme and I can’t wait but, note aside, I REALLY wish that Webkinz would put the rest of the Friendly Froggy room theme in Next and not just a couple of pieces. It’s my favorite theme!
