Hi paavani! In my past experience with the ShareCenter, I’ve noticed that they sometimes take up to a week (or longer) to moderate photos. I know because I’ve submitted many drawings there before and would wait anxiously for them to moderate so I could show them to my WKN friends, haha ,XD Sometimes the SC is fast, and other times it’s slow. I’d give it another day or two—I’m sure it’ll show up! Maybe try checking the dates of the latest images in the submission gallery? If the latest images came before the date you submitted yours, then other people are waiting for their submissions to go through too, and you can rest assured that you’re not the only one. At any extent, I hope your pictures show up soon! Good luck in the contest! ;)

Hi! No idea where to post this so here goes – I have 2 questions: Does anyone else notice the Clubhouse being glitchy today? I have had each room freeze on me and not be able to collect the gift item unless I reenter each room and try again. My other question is about Next. I am enjoying the Mega Challenge and the new lakefront property. I tried to add a second room to the left of my first room, and though the game took the 500 KC, it didn’t give me the new room. Sally, or one of the other staff members, can you please let me know the right people to contact about this issue? Thank you in advance for any help that you are able to give!

Thank you for responding! Yes I had already wrote customer service and re-submitted a while ago but that did not work. It had said “successfully submitted” both times but still no reply!
