The rainboots are not showing up in the Asian/Australian accounts when I log in, I have looked in my dock and they are not showing, but the pop up notification shows up. I also logged out and back in just to make sure…but they still didn’t show up in my dock.

It should be in your dock. It may not appear under “New” so you’ll have to look for it in the Clothing section
