At 2 am it did not work so I went to the bottom of this page and clicked on Webkinz in yellow not the logo. When the page came up I clicked on play WN It brought up the play store and I clicked on the play button and it completed a down load that must of been left off the update. The page opened for me and I had to log in to my account. It works now. Sad we missed Valentines day.

I was not able to get Webkinz next to work after the update until I downloaded Google Play and then downloaded Webkinz next through that. It is slower than it used to be and only uses part of the screen but at least I could finish my challenges. My computer runs Windows 10 and is too old to operate a newer OS.

I haven’t been able to get on Webkinz since Friday. I didn’t get the Valentine gift, I can’t work on the Emerald City prizes, etc. I don’t know what to do. I have rebooted my computer many times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps and yet I can’t get on at all.

I can’t play it either, I have uninstalled and redownloaded so much I gave up, the new update took it off for me, I use window, 10 it’s a pc, only thing I have to play and I dint get my valentine’s day item or finish my season also, it would have been done, on Saturday, I only needed 90 points, hope they fix this soon, a weekend and holiday, just next game, classic is fine, hope no updates for it yet, please thank you happy valentines day,
