Help! I just clicked on redeem for the prizes and did not get them. I logged out and back in and they are not there. Can Ganz put them in my dock if I contact customer service?

Glitch alert! The party bags can be clicked on but you cannot claim them and have them enter your dock. It’s been 2 days now for me. I spoke to a friend and their loot bags are not going into their dock either! I was looking forward to getting a lot of party hats. Hopefully the amazing Webkinz team can fix it and maybe extend it beyond the 29th? I haven’t seen the bonus wheel of wow so that isn’t the cause for me.

i’m not able to collect any party favor bags. they never show up in my dock! what am i doing wrong?

I’m seeing and collecting the bags, but they are not being added to my dock. I tried clearing my cache, closing the app, and even uninstalled, but I’m still not getting credited for all the bags collected.

The Wheel of WOW wasn’t in Kinzville and my party bags never showed up in my dock.

Looks like there is a bug that things aren’t showing up when the Wheel of WOW is in Kinzville. Try again now. We’ll have a fix for the next update, but that won’t be before the next one on Friday from 3-5pm.

Party bags are not showing up for me. Tried entering buildings, logged out and back in, still no bags appearing.

I have collect party favours for 2 days and have been able to make the hats. However, today when I click on the party favours I am not getting credit for them. Wasting my time!! Is this a glitch or are we only able to make 2 hats each?
