It logs you out and you can't do anything else but log out and try again but it keeps happening to me as well. Getting very frustrated with this. Have you gotten any response from Webkinz? So I am hoping this may reach the right people. :) I have been having a problem with Atomic Adventure. #6 Atomic Lab #7 and #9 - when I try to play one of those labs, I get a message: "I am sorry, we can't connect to Web World. Please log back in later. It shuts off, and even if I win the game, it deletes lives. I have tried numerous computers, which do not crash the game for my sister, so it is an issue for me. I guess.
