Don’t feel bad. I’m sure there were several thousand more losers to this contest. I know I’m one of those losers right along with you. There were only 3 winners and I’m sure most players found all 3 ads and qualified for the drawing. It just means that we lost this contest. There are lots of other ways to be a winner. Look at the current Community Challenges, you win a prize just for participating. If all of us as a community reach the goal, we all win a bigger prize!

I am and have been subscribed to the E-Store. That’s not the same thing. In order to subscribe to the actual Newsletter you need your parent to sign up for the Newsletter in the Parent’s Section of Webkinz. I did get signed up on the 29th of April, but since the newest Newsletter had already been sent, I missed out on the deals. I’ll have to wait for the next Newsletter for any special sales.

me too, I hope they will fix this issue, and tell us when they do. I can’t reach anyone through costumer service. When costumer service is available again on Monday, they sale will be over! I’m extra frustrated.

I tried to use the promo code to purchase some pets from the Rockerz series, as well as the stage and pass, but even though I put the code in it did not apply the discount.

we get emails from ganz and on our estore account the box for email subscription is checked but I have not gotten an email since 4/15 and I want to know what the deals are and if I can take advantage of them in this special “for email subscribers only” promotion. Is this a glitch or am I missing something? Please help
