Unfortunately, you will not be able to participate until you’ve registered the pet. The special gift isn’t until Valentine’s Day, though, so hopefully you will receive it soon. I will send a message to our customer service department to let them know that there are special events for the Lovely Fox.

Ganz customer service says there’s not any special events for the Lovely Fox. I ordered the Lovely Fox specifically to participate in the special events; and it hasn’t arrived. My orders usually come right about a week after they’re complete, sometimes even sooner. So we called on Friday wondering if there was some way to track it because it was later than usual. They told us it was shipped out January 18th (eventhough the order itself switched from processing to complete on January 17th) and can take up to two weeks to arrive. So today made two weeks from the 18th and also the day I needed it for the events. The mail came, still no Lovely Fox. We called again today, this time they tell us it can take 12 to 15 days only counting five days a week because Canada doesn’t have Saturday or Sunday mail delivery. We tell them in the United States there is Saturday mail delivery and that all of our packages that come from Ganz say they’re from New York. Also that even if this one did come from Canada, it should have arrived here by now even with Canada’s lack of weekend mail. They just tell us to call back again on Friday if it doesn’t arrive by then. We ask how do I do the special activities for my Lovely Fox until then. They say there’s not activities for it. We tell them we ordered it only because of the activities. They tell us about the pet of the month cat. We tell them we have that, we want to do the Lovely Fox activities. They’re very adamant that this fox doesn’t have activities. This is now the second Webkinz Newz artical about the Lovely Fox activities; Todays Activities in Webkinz World did have a special activity fo Lovely Fox owner scheduled today, and I’m sure they will be there the rest of the month too. How do I do the activities? Thank you for your help; I’m sorry this was so long, I felt it needed to be descriptive.

I actually don’t have this fox, for once…but I might have to look into getting her for a Valentine’s Day treat. ;)
