5 years and still so many items not working!!!!!! What happened to that dedicated team? Does Ganz believe everything is OK? Guess what, we are still waiting for items to be working? This has always been a sore spot since no one will answer questions as to why things are not fixed after 5 years. Very disappointing to have amusement parks with rides that do not work. why bother? These same items are still for sale. Do the new ones work? If so, why not the old ones? This has been going on so long I believe Ganz just hope those of us with problems will forget we have them. Please address this problem so we know what to expect [if anything] in the future.

You’re already there :) Webkinz X was the name of this update and the name for the current Webkinz World. Before 2015 Webkinz looked MUCH different :D Hope this helps!

I have come back to playing WEBZKINZ after 6 years. My older TVs don’t work anymore .
