Special Report With Sally Webkinz

Hey, everyone! How are your flower collections going? I’m on round 2 of my collection — I can’t get enough of these floral prizes! I know I need at least 2 Dreamy Day Beds, and I just might try for a third.     Just as a reminder, you can collect 1 flower every day by visiting the Kinzville Map. If you’re Deluxe, you get 2 flowers each day! Some people have experienced issues with their free flowers not showing up, so it’s always best to go straight to the map to get that one before doing anything else.   While you’re on the map, you can ask up to 10 friends for flowers per day. You can only get back a maximum of 5 per day, though, but it’s good to ask extra folk just in case your friends don’t make it on that day. You can also find a floating flower on Webkinz Newz — it counts towards that max of 5 per day you get from friends.       Of course, I couldn’t resist picking up a few of the Weathered Windows from Ganz eStore — the drapes match the Dreamy Day Bed, and the view you see out of the window changes depending on where you put it! I think that’s my favorite new feature that’s been added recently.     What’s your favorite prize in this collection? How far along are you? Tell me in the comments below!

I’m almost finished with my first collection on one account, and I recently started the second collection on my other one. The funny thing, though, is that I’m around fifteen flowers ahead on my non-Deluxe account, which is odd since I only get one daily flower on that one, instead of two. But it’s probably because I hardly ever get my daily flowers on my other account…thanks for the tip about that, though; I’ll try having that be the first thing I do upon logging onto Webkinz!

Sally, your room is absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for the sneak peek of that wallpaper and flooring; it goes really well with the Flower Collection pieces. Like you, I’m on my round 2 of collecting because I want at least 2 of those daybeds! I’m using the Seashell Cottage wallpaper and flooring in the room I’m creating, but I love the new one you used.

It’s a beautiful theme, I love it but not much in the WShop for KC matches with it. I wish there were a few more pieces everyone could get.

The Weathered Window is currently available at Ganz eStore. Pieces of the Seashell Cottage theme will be arriving each Wednesday in May/June. The wallpaper and flooring… well, that’s a sneak peek :)

Sally, your room is lovely! The new flower collection pieces look amazing! I agree with you – that new feature about the changing view when you move the windows is fantastic! And would you just look at those fabulous kitchen pieces!?! Where, when, and how can we get our hands on those?!? I love to see the whole Newz team hanging out together! Do any of you actually play the guitar in real life? (I thought maybe Mandy would grab the acoustic one off the wall and lead you all in a round of camp/folk/country songs!) I love Mandy’s stylish hair-do, and Steve’s adorable top hat too!

Hi Sally! What a beautiful room you’ve designed! I especially love that flooring. I’m 3 flowers away from finishing round 1 of my collection. My favorite piece in this collection is the day bed. I wish I had one like it! My pets’ house is better furnished than mine!
