I am in complete shock right now as my login wouldn’t work on the site and I emailed them like 2 times about it and oddly enough it works here too!!I am passing my webkinz account onto my child like a family heirloom lol or trying to at least.

Looks like there are a bunch of us that had issues with our accounts being removed even though we had used them (with our kids) in the previous 7 years. I contacted support in April 2025, and wasn’t able to get any help, but my login still works here, so I don’t understand how the webkinz account has disappeared. Really hoping that you can restore it. My kids are now adults and feeling nostalgic, and playing, would love to play with them a little also.

thank you for restoring my account a couple of weeks ago I am excited to be playing webkinz again especially since I had a lot of progress and cool rooms furniture and outfits I am very grateful and have signed up for the deluxe membership because there are a ton of fun features I dont wanna miss out on

If you have access to social media, you might be able to DM them for help. Are you filling in all of the information? It’s strange that they wouldn’t acknowledge any of your information.

hello, i need help, i want to recover my old account and i can provide the username, the names and species of all of the pets, the ganz estore account details, and the email i used on the account, however the webkinz support on email keeps sending me the same template request for more information with every email that i send, i tried everything and i have proof of ownership including screenshots and videos, my account was lost when i tried using the same username and password for webkinz next and ever since then i couldn’t log into my webkinz classic account, can someone please help?
