I wrote yesterday same here but I wrote customer service and it was after 5pm. So far today NO MASK !! I did write tham again a 2d time and hour ago. They usually really try to make things right . GL

I got the bed on one account and the chair on another so happy… And Gantz did it right my missing mask was in my dock pronto!!!!! They are the best!!!!

Is anyone but me having a problem getting the Super Wheel to work? I have tried several times today and I can never get it to come up on my screen to spin. I have cleared my cache and defragged my computer. Not sure what else to do.
