Hey there trophy collectors! The SPREE Trophy Challenge starts TODAY—but don’t leave it to the last minute… You’ll only have until Sunday, September 20th (midnight, Eastern Standard Time), to complete it!
Here’s how to play. Starting TODAY, September 14th, look for the SPREE Trophy Challenge icon in your pet’s room. It will be displayed along the left side of the room:
Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete by midnight, September 20th (EST) to earn all of the prizes:
- Roll the SPREE dice 15 times
- Spend 500 KinzCash at the WShop
- Spin the Wheel of WOW 4 times
Complete all of the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win a Traffic Light Lamp, along with the NEW SPREE Trophy!

i completed mine to and nothing came up to show my prize the trophy or the light, i think i got the trophy but i think i have one in my dock from before, was they a spree trophy from before i think. but thank you ganz, hope you see this, have a good day to all. i also logged in and out and checked i’m sure they no, i thought it was just me,
Same here. I got no pop up and no prizes. I’m assuming the trophy I have already was from a previous challenge (like you).

I completed the challenge on 3 accounts, finally received 2, but have not received this one. YET
Just noticed No traffic light on any of my 3 accounts
So i finished it but, i didn’t get the Trophy. Whats that all about? SO ARE YA’LL SAYIN’ THAT I SPENT 500 KINZCASH ALL FOR NOTHING?! Hopefully Ganz can fix this. Please Ganz! This was frozenanna2
The same thing happened to me; I finished the challenge and did not receive the prize. I emailed Ganz customer service to let them know this was happening to many players.

Completed tasks, didn’t get prizes
No trophy, no traffic light.
Never received my prizes and the icon disappeared on 9/17/20.
Is this going to be fixed?
This was the easiest trophy challenge ever! Thank you so much – after the Lunch Letters and Ant Mania challenges, I really needed a breather. I’m happy to have another trophy for my collection. How about Quizzy’s Word Challenge Trophy in the near future? I don’t think we’ve done that, yet.

Same, but when I logged back in and checked my dock the prizes were there.

Yes, I found both the traffic lamp light and trophy in my dock.
I just completed the challenge and did not receive my prizes either.
It was added to my dock after I logged out a couple of times.
Same here—I logged out and after I logged back in, it was in my dock. Whew!
