Thanks for the reply. I don’t think that’s the issue. I’m not able to click the ask friends button. I hide my dock when I do this.

I have only been able to play and get acorns for 2 days, hopefully I will be able to get enough for the sofa and crate bench . good luck every one .cmsrockz

Are you using a taller pet, by any chance? You might need to hide your dock. Taller pets extend the invisible part of the dock, and that will prevent you from clicking the button.

I am not able to ask friends for acorns. Is anyone else having this issue? I was able to for the last few days. Yesterday was the first day I was not able to.

not getting my two for deluxe

I was not having any problem sending acorns to many of my friends, as far as I know, but if I ask friends to send me any, they would not get my request to “send” me an acorn. I am only able to get 2 per day. I have also sent request to my other accounts and those accounts have not received a friend request to send acorn.

hi! hey I have learned you can only get 7 per day (if deluxe) so if your sister already had limit, she will not receive yours. BUT also, players have to answer their mail and actually send, so if they do not do both you will also not receive. mine has been working: knocking wood! hope this helps, k.

For the 3rd day in a row I have only been able to collect a total of 5 acorns each day. I am a Deluxe Member. The first 2 days I did get a total of 7 per day. There are 3 accounts registered on this computer and the other 2 are getting all 7.

I am still waiting to find out why I can only get 5 acorns,while I am a deluxe member. This has happened the last 2 days.
