Still unable to access the candy cane collection. Am unable to get to my friends list and so cannot receive any candy canes. Tried the solutions above with no success. Have a talk bubble that appears under my basket. Sure would like to receive the prizes. have been sending canes to my friends who are asking for help and hope they are receiving them, HELP

You also might want to try pushing the down arrow to make your dock disappear and then try to open the collection. That gets it working for me.

What exactly is the issue you’re experiencing? If you’re using Edge, it may not work, but it should be fine on Firefox or Chrome.
