i do not get the ones sent to me i watched my friend send me some and i sent her some she got mine but i never get hers webkinz must have problems they should fix the issues because they didnt have problems taking my papas money for the deluxe upgrade hmmmmmmmmm i watched that as well

I have several Webkinz Deluxe Accounts. Today the candy canes that I sent to 2 of the accounts and the ones from Webkinz News did not show up on these accounts. All the other accounts are working fine. Has anybody else had issues today?

Is anyone else NOT getting their Free candy canes? I am a Deluxe Member and I am suppose to get 2 a day – so far nada. I click on the Candy Cane Icon first before I ask for or send any. I don’t even catch any yet I am not getting mine! what gives
