I am not receiving my flowers from friends. I receive notification from friends that they have sent them but they do not get credited to my account. I have tried receiving my 2 free deluxe first then clicking on inbox and also clicking on them from friends then for 2 free. I Do Not click on the floating flower first

This is typical for Ganz Webkinz, The names of these prizes should be on Webkinz Newz as well as on the Flower Collection Display, since they never match. If we see the name, especially more than once we would remember it.

Hi Neette – you will have to send friend requests to the names of those who did not get transferred. Do this by powering up your phone and clicking on the little plus sign to add the names. They will then have to accept your friend request.
